DAY 17 BAGAN After a leisurely breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive among the temples and through palm tree fields to Hpyak Seik Pin village. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the villagers. Enjoy a short walk to explore the village, visit a local school where you will be able to teach the eager children ‘some English words’ and interact with the children. Visit the ancient temples and shrines. A special visit will be made to the house of the village head where you will have the opportunity to interact with the villagers. Enjoy a home hosted lunch. Enjoy a private boat ride on the Irrawaddy River. Pass magical scenes of Old Asia; women pounding their laundry on rocks, old paddle steamers churning the muddy waters, ox carts inching down rutted roads and small children waving gaily at the passing vessel.
